Data allowance from pack?

I’ve bought the £15 pack which is visible and says I have 25GB + unlimited texts and calls but my allowances all say 0 out of 0? does this mean I have no data/calls or is it just not visible under allowance when u buy a pack?

Resolved! PACK10 isn't working

On Thursday I put £10 on my account ready for the pack to renew on Friday, the pack didn't renew and when I try to start PACK10 I get told to put £10 on my account even though when I look at the balance I have £10 on my account.
