Some errors occurred ! The message all the time I receive to top up as tou go, I tried on the mobile given but said error again!

Not working saying: some errors occurred! For the fast top-up and dial the nr I cant donit as I do not have credit.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

If you keep seeing errors online, you may want to try an alternative way.
When was the last time you used your pay as you go SIM?
Have you been able to top up successfully before this?
What error are you seeing exactly?

@Vilutza : When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
