PACK10

Hi I topped up my SIM card with 10 pounds to change it from 15 pack to 10 , but still there is no pack until nowI sent msg to 150 PACK10 , and I got " sorry I didn't recognise"!!

How top up with non UK credit card

I recently switched from the Three network to EE. Since I don't have a UK credit card, I used to top up my Three SIM by buying a voucher through Ding, a third party that accepted my US credit card. Is there an equivalent of Ding for EE?

EE Pack not renewing

I bought a £20 voucher and typed it into my phone. I canceled my £30 pack to switch to my £20 pack but when i tried buying it im told to top up £20 even though i already have.

Is it just me or is this website rubbish!!Everything I try to top up my credit it asks gor additional payer authentication but nothing appears on the page...completely inadequate service!!!

Top up 10£ but but did not show

I am totally new and but a EE pay as you go sim. The balance was £0. So I bought a pack online for 10£. The payment was done and successful but I still havent got pack on my phone.I dont know what mistake I have done.

Refund Pay as you go

I mistakenly top up my old EE number thinking it was my new number. It turns when I checked why this happend it was because the EE app hadn't updated the number to my current one. Moreover, all I'm asking for is a refund.
