Add on purchase error

Hi , been a customer for a long time. All of a sudden on my account I go to add on data and I am getting add on purchase error. I am on a pay as you go so I have got credit to buy one. I do live in the uk. Can anyone help thanks

Why I get charged £15.49 for 10GB

Online I’ve checked for 10GB it should cost £10 but I get charged £15.49 plus the data I don’t use does not roll over for the next months usage it never has done.
