Hi @Abdulla5 

We have various ways that you can top up your phone.

1. Online card payment

Use our online payment tool to top up any EE pay as you go mobile.

  1. Enter the number of the phone you want to top up.
  2. Select the amount - between £5 and £95.
  3. Enter an email address to get confirmation of the top up.
  4. Fill out the payment form with your card details, and select pay now.
  5. We'll show confirmation of the payment and send this to your chosen email as well.

 

2. Log in to the EE app or your EE account online

Download and open the EE app or log in to EE online.

To top up your EE mobile:

  1. Select Manage your plan.
  2. Select Top Up.
  3. Choose how much you want to top up by - between £5-95.
  4. Select Continue to payment.
  5. Fill out the form with your name, card details, postcode and click Pay now.
  6. We'll confirm your top up and amount.
