Credited but has not loaded my benfits

Hi

New sim. Credited via card on the app. But the balance is sat credited and has not run the plan - data minutes ect

When I chose the plan again in the app and attempt to use the credited money it tells me that I am going to overwrite the plan and fails anyway. 

I've tried 150 twice and got cut off twice 

 

Not the best intro to EE but any clues what the issue is with trying to run the credit into my plan? Thanks

  1. Are you in the UK,
  2. Have you tried restarting your device.
  3. What does it say if you text BA to 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
