Pack renewal

I am having this issue. I had enough credit for it to renew but it is saying I need to add credit. If I buy the pack will it affect all my accumulated data/boosts please? Thanks

I'm in uk and have had pay as you go for a good few years always top up and have £15 pack a month for some reason last couple of months I can't txt 150 so have to call to top up and cant add my free boost??? Can txt everyone else fine.
