hi guys i got double billed for my 10 pound pack last month seems my renewal card got billed along with my expired card EE have dragged their heels on refunding 1 of the payments and trying to get help either online or on phone is terrible so would it be wise just to refuse to pay the next payment with EE owing me 1 payment or what do you guys suggest ...tia

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!
With this one, it'll depend on how you're normally paying for your packs - if you have a 30 day saver plan these payments are taken automatically every 30 days, but anything additional you top up will be held on the account as credit.
Provided you don't use any of the credit for out of allowance calls, you could cancel the saver plan and potentially use the credit to buy your next pack.
So we can be sure on what exactly is going on though, this is something that our customer care team would need to check out for you.
Whilst it's not always possible to directly refund this, they'll be able to review all your options and do their best to find a resolution that suits.
