Hello, I have tried to top up my balance by logging into my account. I have also tried the EE mobile app. But every time I try to make a payment with either VISA or EUROCARD, the service freezes and displays this message: "Additional payer authentication required to complete your payment." As I understand it, I should receive a request from my bank/credit card company, which I then confirm in their app. But I can't get any further than this.
This is an international payment (from within the EU).

You need to phone CS to top-up with a non-UK bank card. Online does not accept them.
