I just topped up with £30 because it wouldn't let me buy a pack I was led to believe if I topped up it would then allow me to purchase a pack. Every time I try it wants me to pay for the pack not allow me to use my credit ? Any help appreciated

Resolved! Sim card not working

Hi, I got an EE sim months ago but only started to use it today. I've topped up but I'm unable to use the sim. I'm even unable to dial 150. Is there something I should have done when I got the sim initially. Please assist. Thanks
