Ee data pack

I bought a £20 ee data pack. But I wasn't given my data 

Plans & Subscription

I top up £30 credit on my account and registered for £30 pack. But I can't see my allowances on the EE app and website. There was a maintenance yesterday, but nothing was fixed. I hope they're doing their job tbh, as their network is too expensive.

New sim unsure of how to merge pack with old account as my dad has sent for this

Adding packs

I’m trying to add a pack but its saying there’s a system failure at the moment for this section in my managed account.  Is there a fast way to add a £15 pack?
