I have tried several times to top up on the new EE app. I have inputted all the info, and then directed to NatWest to approve payment, but when I follow instructions on NatWest app, I am usually directed back to the same page I left in old EE app, but now I am directed straight back to front page again. It keeps logging me out?? I am a regular top up customer for the last 15 years and purchase a £15 pack each month, what’s going on??

@GmG17 : Just don't use the app. It's flaky! Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
