I have been a loyal Orange and now EE customer for the past 20 plus years. I took an additional number about 24 months ago Sim Only. The offered me unlimited data due to my loyalty if I took out the contract. Now the contract has come to an end they are saying they will remove the free add on. I only took the contract because of the incentive you can't just remove. Am I right or can big companies now do what they like and there is no such thing as loyality.
