PAYG : 15->50GB data offer packs

Hi,
I'm currently an EE contract customer, and now my OH wishes to switch to EE (much better coverage & speeds).

Disappointed by the black friday 'offers' (6 months then more £) she decided to try PAYG - and can switch to contract if/when a good deal comes up. We can also decide if the 4/month payg->contract, or 20% EE perks (which I have) savings help too - or more offers for additional sims on existing contract.

We saw Argos advertising a 'EE Extra Data 50GB PAYG sim with 15/month' (currently the EE website only has the 30->70 one listed at 20/month) so decided to pick one up.

However the pack provided is not a 'promotional' pack. It doesn't have the offer wording on it.

So my question is - does the data bonus for 6 months apply to all 15GB 15pcm sims activated/funded before the cutoffdate (jan I think) or must it be promotional labelled (as I've seen in photos).

Note - went to ask on EE website, but webchat isn't working and I really hate making phone calls/wastes too much time! Plus I like to have a written transcript/response

I'd understand that when you put the units against the nos.

EE perks discounts cannot be applied to PAYG.

The standard 30-day £15 pack with 15GB is just that. Any extra data will be a promotion & marked as such.
