I’ve just joined EE and had previously paid £20 for a monthly package (payg) however, it’s asking me to top up?? Why would be the need of this.

Hi there, I was wondering if any else has received their pre paid card, but when you click show card details, it just comes up as "request unsuccessful"

Wont let me top up

I've tried topping up my phone via a voucher says systems down and puts me through to customer service which I've been waiting over 45 minutes completely terrible service I'm 100%  changing my network 

Activate card

I registered a new card. I bought a data package of 100 gb for 30 f. I try to activate it by making a call, sms or website but it doesn't work. how can i activate the service?
