Wrong Pack Automatically Purchased Upon Top-Up

Hi,I bought a SIM today for roaming purposes.I set up My EE account and topped up with £20 in order to buy a £20 pack.Then automatically upon top-up the £10 pack was purchased.Is there any way to 'exchange' this for the £20 pack?Steve
