I have applied the new pay-as-you-go SIM with £20 70GB SIM plan and transfer my number to EE on 20 Dec 2022. When I activate the SIM today, I just find no fee is charged from my card, cannot find the 70GB SIM plan and new number is assigned instead.
1. Should I simply apply the new SIM plan?
2. How can I transfer my number since the PAC number cannot be used again?
