I was using live chat option in ee app and ordered new plan for my sim the ee support changed my plan and then the support asked me to check if my sim is 4g or 5g I told him give me minute to double check then I exit the ee app to check and when I came back minute later I see the live chat option has completely disappeared and cant continue my conversation how do I access live chat option now

Welcome to the community.

Could you try closing the app down completely and reloading it please? The live chat may not reconnect you to the original conversation, but whoever you get back through to should be able to see the account notes from your earlier conversation.

Let me know if the chat option reappears for you.
