Hi
I had an Esim on my old phone and had to temporarily change it with another phone due to being repaired. I have tried to log on the app MyEE to activate it on this phone so I can use my new phone as usual and I can’t due to app not being available.
What could I do?

What happens when you try to access the app? Do you mean that it isn't available on the app store, or is it the eSIM activation that isn't available?

More for the benefit of others who may be contemplating an eSIM over a pSIM, but this is one of the disadvantages of the electronic variant.
