Welcome to the Community.
Sorry to hear your phone has been stolen. Have you reported this to Customer Service to block your SIM card from anyone else using it?
Have a look at What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen? - EE for more helpful information about the steps to take.
Please call customer service from a different device, where a member of the team can order a replacement SIM card or eSIM QR code for you.
Alternatively, you can pop into any EE store with photo ID, or by getting verified in the EE app first, and the guide will issue you a replacement pre-activated eSIM free of charge straight away.
