I want to stay with EE on pay as you go, but iPhone 14 requires an e-sim. Will I be able to continue on pay as you go on EE?

Unable to use PAYG credit to buy data packages

I was able to top up my credit, but now when I try to use that credit to purchase a pack it says "PREPAID PACKAGE ERROR" and doesn't allow me to complete the purchase. Any help would be much appreciated!
