Camt find my 10 pound subscription

Hi I got a sim delivered 2 days ago with a 10 pou d subscription pack I have put the sim in registered it yet I can't find my 10 pound pack on it ?

Same issue for me with the £15 I've had the sim in the phone a few days and it didn't automatically pay the credit on. I've just topped up with my card. Will be livid if I charged twice but I don't think so because the £15 has been a pending transaction since I ordered 10 days ago and now my bank wanted confirmation or £13 something even though it was £15 so I'm guessing it's the way they do it incase people change their minds. The customer service seems non existent though so I'm glad I didn't take out a phone contract. 

@Sarajlowe : When you are paying by Direct Card Payment you get a 10% discount. So a £15 pack costs you £13.50.
