I have been messaged many times by EE to complete my payment but there is no way to do it. My phone bill is 18 pound my bill on EE reads as 45 pound. I have no clue what to do, cant find anyway to contact EE. I am already overpaying on the bill as it is and i dont know where they 30 pound increase has come from.
The questions are, how do i contact EE, why has the bill risen, why does the app not work and lastly how do i cancel my contract.

@trsnow to cancel the contract will mean paying off the remaining contract term. to speak with customer support dial 150 from your handset and use option 2

@trsnow , have you checked your bill to see why your bill is so high to see what extras you are being charged for? We have no way of knowing here in this public forum, just download the bill and you should be able to see all the charges.
