PAYG add-ons while roaming

Hello. I am a PAYG customer in Spain who needs to call a UK number. What is my best option using packs or add-ons to avoid paying standard charges? For instance, can I use the allowance from the 100 minute add-on (1 day) to call the UK from Spain? Many thanks.

@moomin  You can use your pack allowance while there.

You may use your allowances from your UK packs & add-ons in the EU, providing you used that PAYG SIM to make a call or text in the UK beforehand.

The last time I used the PAYG SIM in the UK was September 2021, more that a year ago. Does this affect anything? Thanks again.

It counts if it's the same SIM.
