Pack Didn't Renew

Hello,

I recently topped up with £10 for my £5 pack to automatically renew however it never did and now I've only got 28p left on my phone. The £10 has disappeared even though I received a text stating that my current balance was £10:28. Any advice would be appreciated.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

You have no pack. If you want the £5 pack you need to top-up at least £5 & then text PACK05 to 150. The £10 must have gone on chargeable calls & texts while you had no pack.

Thank you for your reply.

I topped up the night before it was to renew and didn't make any calls or texts and data was turned off.
