Resolved! Payg sim

Hiordered a £10 payg sim but it’s not showing £10 credit. The leaflet says they will add it to the balance in the next couple of days. If I top up now, will this affect the original £10 I paid for the sim?thanks

PAYG sim price

I bought EE sim for £30 at the Manchester airport which is having £20 top- up with 60GB. My question is why did they charge me £10 extra for £20 sim?
