Credit not being used when making calls

Hello,

Is EE giving away free call time by any chance?  My old phone has credit on it so I tried to use it.  The credit balance is the same as before I made a call.  Tried it a second time still the same.  My calls are recorded on account but no charge.

Thanks @hall68

If you haven't added the minutes yourself, it looks like it may be a free bundle.

Any calls you make will come from the minutes bundle until it runs out, then it will use your credit again.

Hi @hall68

Can you text AL to 150 and let us know the response?

You may have some minutes or a pack set up.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.  My credit was and still is £5.80.  I have looked on my usage it says I have 60 minutes and have now used 57  this isn't usually on the account.  I assume I have been given 60 free minutes for some reason as the minutes are coming off but the credit amount stays the same.  I only use this phone occasionally.  I don't have a pack.
