Claim a boost

My account says I can claim a boost, but the drop down selection menu is grey, and does not respond. Its the same on the app, and the websitenothing happen when i select an option

EE Pay as you go / pre-loaded Data only SIM

Hello, I just find a EE £50 for 120gb Data only SIM on the internet which can last for 12 months.Anyone is using this SIM? May I know if I can top up the data and extend the expiry date of this SIM?Also, is this SIM availble in e-SIM? Thank you.

Resolved! SIM will be made inactive if there is no activity

I have a PAYG WIFI Hub. It's my back-up. My second last activity was Feb 2022 due to home broadband went down. My last activity was October 2022 when I found out my SIM was made inactive due to no activity. Yes, I forgot to use the WIFI at least once...

Even though my sim card didn't work, I loaded £5 credit. I want a refund to my credit card. How can I do that?
