Hello.

Do you have to have a pack to use an add-on?

And if your pack expires while your addon is still active will it still let you use data or do u have to renew your pack?

All I really want is to use data. I'm not bothered if I can call or text

Hello @jo_uk_20885

Welcome to the EE Community.

You would need a pack active to use any boosts earned.

@jo_uk_20885 : You may buy the following data add-ons when you have no pack available:

Add-Ons available to standard rates customers
Add-On                           Add-On Allowances                Price                  Add-On Duration
UK & EU Data                                           150MB                                               £2
                                                                   500MB                                              £3                  }     7 days
                                                                   1GB                                                     £6
_____________________________________________________________________________________________
                                                                   750MB                                                £6
                                                                   2GB                                                     £10                }    30 days
                                                                   10GB                                                  £20

However if you do have a pack available even when not presently active, you may buy more meaty data add-ons, depending on the pack value.
