Hi, I have just tried using my Netflix and I got kicked out as it says I don't have an account, yet it is part of my new phone contract, tried going through the EE website, they sent me a PIN , I entered it and they say its wrong !!!!, tried 150 and as much use as a chocolate fire guard

Was your Netflix set up on your contract before you upgraded?
If yes, was this also as an Inclusive Extra?
When you log in to your EE account does it show your new upgraded plan and that Netflix is selected as your Inclusive Extra?
