New member part of my package includes Netflix. However I also have Basic Netflix with my bank. How do I resolve issue

Welcome to the EE Community
If you already have Netflix through another third party provider, rather than direct with Netflix, and want to use the same Netflix account, you will need to cancel the subscription with the third party provider and then activate the subscription through EE.
Once it is cancelled with your bank you would be able to then activate the EE subscription on that Netflix account. If you have Netflix via your mobile package, our help page has information to help, but basically you just activate it via ee.co.uk/netflix
If you have it via your broadband and TV package our help page has information on how to activate it.
