I cancelled my SIM with EE a few months ago. The contract included Netflix as a free addon. I’ve noticed that the Netflix account is still being covered by EE and hasn’t defaulted back to paying from direct debit like it did before I linked it to EE. I’m concerned that I’ll end up getting charged for this. Is there anyway to get the Netflix account back under my control instead of EE’s?

I can absolutely understand your concern over your Netflix add on, and being charged when you've not used this. I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they will be able to get this amended for you moving forward.
