EE perks

My EE perks account as been deactivated due to mental not verifying the registration in time as I was on maternity leave and couldn't access work email I've tried to reset my account but it won't allow it is there any way I can do this as if not I will unfortunately be leaving EE after 14 years due to the price

I am having the same problem and cannot find anyone to contact. I can log in but says my account is deactivated
