Minute one case and screen protector

Hi. I received my new phone yesterday but the package did not include my minute one case and screen protector. Are these usually sent out seperate?

Glad to hear you have your new phone. The Minute One bundle is sent separate from the phone and should arrive within max of 5 working days. If you don't receive it in that time please contact us on 150 or via the Message Us option in app and one of our guides will be able to help check on the order for you.

Hi I've been sent a free case and screen protection voucher I was just wondering how to claim for the s25 ultra as I can't seem to find them in the store 

I mean I've found the items but when I put the voucher code in it only knocks £10 off and expects me to pay £14.99 if that's the discount why say its free?
