weekly allowances PAYG

My text allowance renewed today 74 instead of 75 records claim a text sent - it was not - has anyone had this problem before? There is not much support for this kind of dispute, there must be many.

data allowances

I have just renewed on a pay as you go scheme. My data allowance shows 621mb of 5.5 gb. Should this not be renewd back to 5.5gb?
