Hi Vane. I'm the same. Every other feature works but no recieving or making calls & can't get anyone to help me at EE. I switched from 02 this morning & now I wish I hadn't.

Are you pay as you go or pay monthly?

Has your number port just started today? if yes, this can take up till midnight tonight to complete.

Sorry, yes the number changed today from 02. It's an EE pay monthly sim

Number ports can take till midnight to complete but usually completes earlier. 

What phone are you using? if you have an iPhone please ensure within your phone settings your number updates to the number you are porting. 

This can be found by following these steps:

Settings > Phone > My Number.

In the meantime you should be able to use the temporary number provided with your EE SIM.

Thanks for your help Katie. I can now ring out to any number except EE
numbers & they can't call me either. But I'm assuming that this will
correct itself.
