Missing Boost Stamp

It looks like im missing a boost stamp 1/2 after purchasing a £10+ pack on the 27th 

If i text boost to 150 is says that i am 2 more packs away from being able to add another boost

I did not get a 500mb boost on the 27th as expected|, but did expect stamp 1/2 for boost number 5

Hello Kate, i wouldn't of thought so 

On Monday 27th I Brought in advance the £10 pack, my £15 pack expired on the 28th and subsequently i have the £10 pack now

After i brought the pack on Monday i had an unusual text back saying that Your Loyalty pays off with EE! you`re one pack away from your first free boost

I then on the same day text boost to 150 and it said i would get 2.0GB and I'm 2 more packs away from being able to add another boost, i get the same message if I text boost today.

How many free boosts do you currently have and what's the total amount GBs?

2GB (or 2000 MB 🤣 Really) so that's 4 Boosts

I would recommend speaking with our customer care team who can take a look at your account and see what has happened.
