free boost every 12 weeks now MISSING from EE!?!?

so.... after 2 very unsuccessful phone calls to EE regarding this matter i'm still at a loss!  been with EE for at least 8 years.  they've "updated" the desktop page of when you go to your account (i'm on £1 a week) to top up.  i have a sim card that is in an electric gate so i cannot see messages, texts, emails, etc on that. the other is my mobile.  for the past 8 years every 12 weeks i can choose a free boost. that is now MISSING/REMOVED from EE? why? so i phoned up and after 30 minutes of "press option 1 for this and option 2 for that" (just answer the frickin' PHONE!!!!!) i got cut off. instead of the person ringing me back i had to redo it all again only for the 2nd person to ask me to tell him EVERYTHING! don't they have it on record on the screen IN FRONT OF THEM????? told me it was a "glitch" but now over a week later the "glitch" is still there.  i need voice calling minutes (as a free boost) for my gate and i chop and change between free data and voice calling on my mobile.  there is NOWHERE on EE to find this anymore. i was told it has NOT been stopped. if so why is it not on my page when i go to top up as it has been for the past 8 years? when i first joined i was allowed 3 phones on 1 account. about 4 years ago they said "NO" so i had to have 4 different emails to top up 4 phones from the same bank account. i'm now told that you CAN NOW put those numbers back onto 1 account.  i have been EE's biggest fan since i joined but not only are they now as bad with customer service as the other dreadful internet providers but the customer service help is of no help whatsoever. bored voices speaking to me as if they are annoyed in phoned them! if not for people like ME they'd be out of a job! i AM a dinosaur! i do NOT like to use my phone for t'internet! i like a big fat desktop with an even bigger fatter monitor!  so...... question.... where the **bleep** is the free boosts gone to?

@sizkar9 - It seems that they have severed the link to the old dashboard that allowed the user to select the type of boost required, it was through a radio button on the EE customer portal webpage, when the conditions were met,  3 plan purchases, for legacy packs.
