Hi , last week for no reason pay as u go sim has stopped working in electric gates module . Sim works fine in phone can make call as tex, Gate module works fine with O2 sim.
Tried 2G,3G,4G bands and none of these no longer work with electric gates using EE pay as u go sim.EE changed anything recently? As there no issue with module as it works on all bands with O2. And EE sim has credit

@bharrt : How is gate meant to work? By a call, text or data?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

It works by calling, and texting, nether of these functions don’t work , any more , sim works in phone ok , can call and text. And receive.

Sending text to 150 AL when card in phone , received sim balance .
but doesn’t work in gate , as it did before

Hi
I have tried another pay as u go EE sim which gives the same results . Fails to work in gate module
But works ok in phone.
Gate module works fine with O2 and vodphone sim

No updates ,
it’s been working fine with EE sim since Nov 2022 and just stopped last week . Did raise ticket with EE Your Report ID is 4357085 and they responded few days later they fixed the issue , so not sure what they found or what was fixed , But it’s still not working
