No service iphone 5 PAYG

Iphone 5 PAYG - Fully topped up, latest iOS update successful. Nearly 5G space available. Can connect to Wifi and internet via wifi, but no mobile data/calls and mobile update says error.I've done anything aside from factory reset, any advice?

Upgrade my pay as you go.

hi, I've been with ee a few yrs now on pay as you go. I'm paying £10 a month for unlimited text and calls and 500mb. I have seen alot better deals so I'm thinking off getting a new sim card as I need more data but I dont really want to leave ee.
