I have an account with 3 phones, 1 of which is used by a colleague and it's a top onehow can I check balance on it remotely using the EE app and how can I top it up using the app?if I can't do it that way hiw can I top it up. im not with the phone 

Bought a £10 pack, not showing up

Renewed my current £10 pack, yet no data has rolled over and its saying that standard rates apply despite having bought it. Also showing that I only have 1000mb data, despite buying the pack yesterday and not using any data

Hello,I have just topped up my sim £10 and it’s automatically taken 5 off and given me a pack 5. I did not want this as I wanted a pack 10 please can the automatic renewal be turned off and the 5 pack swapped for a pack 10  thanks
