Hi @Umit1903,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You can order a new SIM from our online shop.

Is it a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM you're looking for?

James

Hi James, i couldn’t find the correct navigation path at first but then searched google and find the pay as you go - free sim (no plan) and ordered it. I think ill get it tomorrow. I already got my PAC code and want to keep my phone. So whats my next step when my sim arrives?

All EE PAYG SIMs come with a recurring Pack of allowances, even free 1s.

Hi @Umit1903

Once you have the new EE SIM card you can complete the online transfer form using the PAC you have been given.

Leanne.
