Can I add an iPad to my pay as you go phone account, and if so how?

@ClaireSilverAve   iPads are contract devices so you’ll have to pass a credit check first.   You can not however add a contract device to a PAYG account.  You also need to be a sim only or full contract customer to get a tablet. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you For your response, Chris. I already own the iPad; just wish to attach it to my phone plan so I can access data while travelling.. I’m only over here from Canada for seven weeks so don’t need a monthly plan. There is a SIM card in the iPad & I’ve read instructions on connecting devices to an account, but don’t seem to be able to find the link trail necessary to achieve attachment on the mobile app.. Perhaps I’m blind? Quite possibly I’m just missing something. I am in a very rural area…

Hi @ClaireSilverAve 

Are you looking to connect to the phone using the phones data add-on? 

If so, you can activate the personal hotspot on the phone and connect the iPad to this. 

Or, is the SIM card for the iPad on pay as you go and you wish to add this to your My EE account to purchase a data add-on for roaming?
