Subscription Pack

I currently use the £20 subscription pack each month for £18 on a direct debit. I’ve seen today that the £20 pack gets 70gb of data instead of the usual 30gb of data - can existing customers get this or only new ones?? @jj11801jj

Keep EE number when moving from PAYM to PAYG?

Hi i've got an old Pay monthly plan (from Orange btw!) which I want to migrate to a PAYG plan.  WHILST keeping my existing number.After some toing and froing it is now on a PAYG account.  How do I buy a PAYG plan for it whilst keeping the old number?

Resolved! Getting error 0. After not using the SIM card for a long while

Getting error 0I have not used the SIM card for a long while. Added credit, got a single, got a phone number, got a EE network. But, still get error 0 when trying to send a text. How do I check that the SIM is activated and working?
