My account in Website and APP tells me I can claim free boosts, but where the options show to choose either data/minutes/texts, it will not allow you to enter your choice.  can this be fixed.

Add-ons issue

Hi,I purchased an EE SIM card as a tourist in July, now I’m back to the UK. I topped up my credit but I can’t buy any of the add-ons using my credit. Any help ?
