Hi, I had my new PAYG SIM delivered 2 days ago. When I ordered it online 1 week ago I paid for £20 credit and selected a monthly top up plan 50gb with calls. The plan selection is showing on my account, but no credit yet, so I cannot make calls or send texts. Data also shows as zero but I have 4g and am able to access the internet.
Any advice or help please? Thanks, James

Your £20 credit has be used to buy your 50 GB Pack.
If you have an active pack yu should be able to make calls & texts even w/out credit.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi, I got the following message when texting AL to 150:
"Your current balance as of today 19:12 is £0.00. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee"
I have checked my EE online account and it states I have a £20 subscription pack selected. Doesn't let me make calls or texts for free though, only lets me use 4g. Sorry had marked this was resolved but maybe not! Hopefully the credit will show up soon so I can use it.

The pack might very well be selected as primed ready to buy but it's not active.

Good Morning
£20 credit still not showing on account. Original order number ************
placed on 1st May which is when payment was made and PAC code given for
transferring my old number. Installed SIM on phone 6th May phone number
*********** This was transferred to my old number *********** on 10th
May. I have texted "AL" to 150 and received the following message
(verbatim) "your current balance as of today 07:29 is £0.00"
Please can you help?

The data you are able to use will be part of the free initial data you are given, 50 MB I think, on top of any pack.
