Free boost

I am using the £1, 7-day contract and qualified for a free boost about 5 weeks ago. I have been unable to select a boost as the option form refuses to update. Has anyone else had this problem?

Top up with a credit card registered in Slovenia

Hi, Is there a reason I cannot top up a pay-as-you-go SIM card with a credit card registered in Slovenia, EU?I can find all sorts of countries but I cannot select Slovenia as a billing address country. How come?Thank you for your answer/solution.

Calls barred

Ive just topped up my ee up and tried to make a call but says calls are barres, i cant even ring 150.
