The credit account did not receive the top-up amount

In order to buy a data package, I recharged 10 pounds, and the credit card deduction was successful, but there was no record in the credit account. I then recharged 9 pounds, and after success, I spent 8 pounds from the credit account to buy a 2G data package.

However, the top-up record of £10 has still not entered the credit account, what should I do?

@TheoWANG : Didn't your £10 credit auto bought your Pack immediately?
