I’m thinking of switching to PAYM from PAYG and I wan’t to keep my number and get the discount, I’ve been with EE and had this number for a year now, Although when I text switch to 150 I don’t get a discount code. (I did buy a £10 pack around a month ago and it expired a few days ago) That could be why I’m not receiving the offer but I’mnot sure, if that is why can someone clarify and if that is the case how long would I have to wait before I can receive the 20 percent off discount code offer?

You must have been with us for a minimum of one year and used your SIM within the last 30 days.
If you text SWITCH to 150 and don't receive a text but believe you are eligible please get in touch with our mobile care team.
