Hi I’m struggling to get data on my WiFi box pay as you go I have 45 pounds credit I’m stuck

Top up didn’t activate my pack

Hi there, my recurring payment to pay my £10 everything pack didn’t go through so I manually topped u on the app for £10. It says I have £10 credit but hasn’t restarted my pack. Please could you fix this. Thank you!

Hi, I paid some credit and I got a pin but I do t know where to put it. 

Voucher not worked

Brought a top up voucher and I texted it and it said It went through but nothin seems to be working? I've waited 24 hours n it's still not working  

no balance

I used up my 30gb plan faster I had a balance of £22.60 I closed this plan and chose the 100gb plan and paid £7.40 extra. Why don't I still have a balance on my account?
