Hi @EUGENius1983

Are you currently in the UK trying to make calls to other UK numbers?

Thanks,

Try using 1111, @EUGENius1983

That's the default PIN, unless you've changed it previously.

Chris

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK?

You may need to go into your My EE account and enable data roaming if not.

Thanks,
Alex

Sorry I just noticed that you mentioned you are on PAYG - so texting ROAMING isn't relevant.

Did you make a call in the UK before you left for Europe?

Hi @EUGENius1983,

Which phone are you using? Can you let me know which menu options you selected before being asked for a PIN?

Thanks

James
